Cancellation policy
In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment, HellohydrationNJ reserves the right to charge a $100 late cancellation fee to the credit card on file or to apply the booking deposit made on the account towards this fee. To early cancel your appointment, please contact HelloHydrationNJ directly at 551-465-7083 or email us at admin@hellohydrationnj.com. We confirm appointments up to 24 hours in advance via email, phone call and text to the contact information provided by you. If we do not receive a response from you by the end of business day on the day before your appointment, HelloHydrationNJ reserves the right to cancel your scheduled appointment to ensure we have adequate space for other clients. The safety and health of our patients and staff is our top priority. If you need to cancel your appointment because of a possible Covid-19 exposure, we will be happy to waive the cancellation fee with proof of a positive test result.
