Dr. Tameem
Dr. Tameem aka@lyftbydrtameem is a Double Board Certified Physician, from American Board of Preventative Medicine and American Board of Family Physician. He is the winner of 2021 & 2022 NJ TOP DOC Cosmetic Physician award, emboldening his passion for this beautiful art. He is also the Medical Director and Owner of Hello Hydration.
After graduating medical school at an accelerated program at the age 23, he worked as consultant for Boehringer Ingelheim a pharmaceutical company . He started his residency at St. Joseph University Medical Center in New Jersey and finished top of his residency. He was awarded Resident Teacher of the year, and was pivotal as a leader and a team member in winning prestigious NJAFP Family Medicine Knowledge Award in Atlantic City.
He has been practicing and honing his skills in Aesthetic Medicine, since residency and for the past 7+ years. He has passion for Aesthetic Medicine and teaching, and he describes them both as his art. His mantra has always been naturally beautiful results, with his passion to aesthetic approach; the team at Hello Hydration is committed to providing a beautiful, natural, long lasting results. He continues to teach as a clinical lecturer at Hackensack University School of Medicine for the past 3+ years.
On his spare time he loves to play basketball, working as the medical director at Evas Village Homeless shelter in Paterson, NJ, and enjoys traveling!
Lorin Andalora APN
Lorin Andalora aka @ThatAestheticNP is a Board Certified Advanced Practice Nurse with over 10 years of experience as a RN and APN. She, along with Dr. Tameem, co-founded Hello Hydration and pioneered it into a premier concierge medicine practice for over 3 years. Lorin loves working with pediatric population, along with committing and educating herself to her passion in Aesthetic Medicine. She has taken multiple certification courses and seminars, honing her skills as an Aesthetic practitioner. She is a highly skilled injector, who loves what she does and her patients love the results she provides. She enjoys her rides on Peloton, spending time with family, loves outdoor adventures, and everything Disney!
Betsy Jean-Louis NP
I am a dual-board certified Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and finalized my education with a Master of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University. Though my passion lies in aesthetics and skin care, I started my career in cardiology then transitioned to my role in cardiac surgery where I fell in love with the art and delicate precision of injecting and injectables. There I decided it was time to marry my skills and passion and began my training in Aesthetics with a particular focus on Botox and Fillers.
I have used all my experience and education to provide premium service to my customers. I continue to invest and advance my skill by getting 1:1 training and attending aesthetic conferences.
Lauren Maramba
Lauren Maramba is a Registered Nurse, Certified Nurse Injector and Family Nurse Practitioner student. She started her career working in the Obstetrics & Gynecology/ Pediatrics field.
She became an aesthetic nurse because she aspires to make her patients feel confident and naturally beautiful.
Lauren is passionate about working in the aesthetic field and being a part of her clients journey in glowing from within by collaborating to create a unique treatment plan.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading poolside, and staying active at the gym or outdoors. She looks forward to working with a wonderful team and being a part of the Hello Hydration Family.
Kamie Young Board Certified Physician Assistant
Kamie Young is a board certified Physician Assistant with her doctorate degree in Medical Science. She was an Army Medic for 6 years, most recently serving at West Point Military Academy. With over a decade of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, and surgery, she thrives in fast paced environments where she provides exceptional and compassionate care to all of her patients. In 2023, Kamie took her passion for art, medicine, science and beauty and specialized in aesthetic medicine. As an injector she prides herself in full facial rejuvenation, delivering natural results, and helping patients look and feel their best. As a California native, she spreads good vibes and love to our practice. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her two boys, working out, traveling, skating, and hitting the beach as much as possible.
Amanda Aloisi MSN, FNP-BC
Amanda recently graduated with her masters of science in nursing. She has over eight years nursing experience specializing in women’s health. She currently works at Columbia Presbyterian in the obstetrical float pool circulating between labor and delivery, postpartum and antepartum. She has a passion and an eye for all beautiful things! She lives in Hoboken, NJ with her husband and mini Aussiedoodle Abby. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, going out to dinner, and a good cocktail! Her goal as an aesthetic NP is to help people feel more confident and beautiful in his or her own skin. 
Elena Vurmo
Elena Vurmo, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with expertise background in emergency medicine, dermatology, and four years of experience in aesthetic medicine. Elena’s aesthetic expertise shines through in her work, aiming for natural and transformative results. Elena’s passion for aesthetics is boundless. She believes age should never limit anyone from looking and feeling their best. Proficient in various treatments such as botox, fillers, PDO lifting threads, kybella, radiesse, sculptra, lasers, and skincare, Elena continually expands her knowledge and expertise. Compassionate and full of positive energy, Elena brightens any room she enters. Her genuine care and dedication to patients’ well-being are well-recognized. Outside work, Elena cherishes quality time with her fiancé and family. She embraces adventurous experiences and leading a healthy lifestyle through activities such as running and working out.

My name is Ashley, and I am a graduate of Christine Valmey with a license in aesthetics. At Hello Hydration my goal is to help my clients achieve the optimal skin care results through different types of facial treatments and personalized skin care solutions while in a relaxing therapeutic environment.
Pamela Merola
Pamela is a certified esthetician who graduated from Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics & Cosmetology. As an Aesthetician her goal is to make everyone feel beautiful in their skin. She is extremely passionate about educating clients on skincare routines and combines expertise with a warm, inviting approach, ensuring each client feels valued and empowered. She is dedicated to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in skincare, striving to create a rejuvenating experience tailored to her patients individual needs.

Her favorite service is the Hydrafacial due to the quick results and little downtime. Besides skincare, she is certified in lash extensions, lash lifts, brow laminations, and waxing. In her spare time, she likes to go to the gym, be outdoors, shop, go to coffee shops and travel.

Rebecca, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and a graduate of Monmouth University. Rebecca has an extensive background in plastic surgery, including experience as a first assist in surgeries and aesthetic medicine.
As an injector at Hello Hydration, Rebecca prioritizes natural-looking results. She is committed to ongoing, extensive training to ensure she always provides the best possible aesthetic outcomes for her patients.
